All orders will be processed, inspected and packed within 24–48 hours once payment is confirmed. Our team operates Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:00 GMT. No order processing, packing or dispatch will take place on weekends or UK public holidays.

Customs Liability Statement
All import duties, local taxes and customs clearance charges generated by international shipments shall be borne by the buyer. Textile goods including blouses, mini dresses, jeans and coats may receive random customs inspection. topserije shall not be responsible for parcel detention, return delivery or extra expenses arising from local import regulations.
4. Undeliverable Areas
We cannot deliver goods to military restricted zones, internationally sanctioned areas, remote isolated islands and regions without complete logistics coverage. Delivery to unverified PO box addresses is not supported. If your shipping address is invalid or undeliverable, our customer service team will contact you promptly to update address information or arrange a full refund without hidden administrative fees.
5. Parcel Tracking Service
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, an automated shipping confirmation email with your exclusive tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered mailbox. If there are no new logistics updates for three consecutive working days, please contact our support team for parcel investigation and follow-up.
6. Failed Delivery & After-Sales Rules
If the courier cannot complete delivery due to the absence of recipients, a collection notice will be left at your address. Unclaimed parcels will be returned to our warehouse after 7 working days.
